Senior Reproductive Specialist Position – International Opportunity

At 4 Embryologists, we are currently recruiting a Senior Reproductive Specialist to join a well-established and growing international IVF clinic.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly qualified professional with:

• A medical degree in Gynecology and Obstetrics, specialized in Reproductive Medicine / Assisted Reproduction
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in reproductive medicine and IVF treatments
• Proven expertise in ovarian stimulation protocols, oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and fertility preservation techniques
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary IVF team alongside embryologists and fertility specialists
• Strong communication skills in English
• A recommendation letter from a previous employer is highly valued

Position Details

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Weekend shifts included as part of the rotation
• Expected start date: within 1–2 months
• Initial contract duration: minimum 1 year

Compensation

• Monthly gross salary in the range of 3,000–3,500 USD, depending on experience
